You can add perks by copying this format. Want the "PERK_BRUTAL_ATTACK" ? Add it. Want to remove a perk? Delete its object.
CoC2 has level caps. Setting strength to 500 might break damage calculations or cause overflow errors. Stay within reasonable limits (e.g., 50-80 for a high-level character). Coc2 Save Editing
