While the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from the back. Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in.
First, press the button on your printer’s control panel. This stops the current job. Turn off the printer using the power button and unplug the power cord from the back of the machine. This is a safety precaution, but it also resets the sensor logic once you plug it back in.
