Do not clear all history. Go to your browser settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and other site data → See all cookies and site data. Search for your bank’s URL. Delete everything. This removes corrupted 3DS tokens.

3D Secure challenges have a notoriously short timeout window—usually 60 to 90 seconds. If your internet connection is slow, or you take too long to find your physical token generator, the session expires, resulting in a "3D issue login" timeout error. 3d issue login
