Linux (Ubuntu or Mint) often recognizes “R13” devices using the built-in cdc_acm or ch341 kernel modules without additional drivers. Boot from a USB drive, test your hardware, and if it works, you can either use Linux for your tasks or note the driver parameters to emulate on Windows.
