Consistency is key in a good transformation. The pack didn't stop at the desktop. It replaced the Windows XP boot screen (the black screen with the Windows logo) with the animated "Starting Windows" orb seen in Windows 7. Furthermore, the login screen was replaced with the light-blue, gradient background of Windows 7, complete with the modern user avatar interface.
