While previous tools like Creation Master 16 were built for the Ignite Engine, the internal file structure for things like stadiums, heads, and certain database tables shifted in FIFA 17. Creation Master 17 was the community’s answer to this evolution. It adapted the familiar user interface of previous iterations to work with the new file structures.

Creation Master 17 is a Windows-based graphical user interface (GUI) that reads the database files ( .db and .xml ) of FIFA 17. Unlike generic hex editors, CM17 presents the data in a logical, visual format. You don’t need to be a programmer to use it.
