A problematic but notable aspect of the film is its portrayal of women. While Radha (Shenaz Treasury) is a sexually confident, independent journalist, she is ultimately relegated to the role of the "cool girl" who forgives her partner’s infidelity. The film contrasts her with Tashi’s conservative fiancée, but it does not deeply challenge male chauvinism. The female characters are largely reactive devices in the men’s journey toward self-preservation.
