To be clear: You cannot have LGBTQ history without trans history. You cannot have gay liberation without trans liberation. And as the culture continues to evolve, the "T" will not only remain in the acronym; it will lead the way toward a future where everyone, regardless of where they fall on the spectrum of love or gender, can live authentically.
