Good news – you can now play those classic edutainment games right on your Android phone or tablet. ⚠️ Before you start: You will need your own legally acquired game ROMs (cartridge dumps). What You’ll Need

An Android device (Android 8.0 or higher recommended). MAME4droid (Current version) – Not the old MAME4all . V.Smile BIOS file – Filename: vsmile.zip V.Smile game ROMs – These usually come as .bin files.

Step-by-Step Setup Step 1: Install the Emulator v smile emulator android

Go to the Google Play Store. Search for MAME4droid (by Seleuco). Install the 0.139u1 version or newer.

Step 2: Add the BIOS V.Smile won’t boot without its BIOS. Here’s how to add it:

Step 3: Add Your Game ROMs

Place your V.Smile game .bin files in the same mame4droid/roms/ folder. Supported titles include: Lion King, Spider-Man, Scooby-Doo, Shrek, Dora the Explorer , etc.

Step 4: Configure MAME4droid

Open MAME4droid. Tap the folder icon and navigate to your /roms/ folder. You should see your game list. Tap a game to launch. First launch will be slow – MAME is building a cache. Be patient.
