In the second episode, Sam and Dean investigate a series of bizarre occurrences at a high school, which lead them to a boy with psychic abilities. The episode explores the theme of teenage angst and the struggles of adolescence, as the brothers try to help the boy understand and control his powers.

One of the fan-favorite horror episodes. The urban legend of Bloody Mary (say her name three times into a mirror) gets the Supernatural treatment: she kills anyone who holds a dark, secret shame. This is a brilliant mechanic because it forces Sam to confront his guilt over Jess’s death, and Dean to confront his anger at his father.
