Install Twrp Redmi 9a Jun 2026

The Redmi 9A has a MediaTek chipset. Do use fastboot flash recovery twrp.img alone—it often fails. Use the boot method first.

fastboot flash recovery twrp.img fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img install twrp redmi 9a

: Go to Settings > About Phone and tap MIUI Version 7 times. The Redmi 9A has a MediaTek chipset

Once inside TWRP:

fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img install twrp redmi 9a
