PKG files install directly into the "Game" folder of the XMB. They look and behave exactly like a PSN (PlayStation Network) digital title. This allows for seamless integration with mod managers and file explorers (like multiMAN or webMAN MOD).

The PS3’s Blu-ray drive has a slower read speed compared to the SATA hard drive. Installing PES 2013 via PKG significantly cuts down loading times between menus, replays, and match intros.

Patch PKGs often require you to delete the "Edit Data" file from your PS3's saved data utility. Go to Game -> Saved Data Utility -> delete PES 2013 Edit Data . Then relaunch the game. The patch will rebuild the edit file.
