Downloading an ISO via torrent is faster due to P2P sharing. However, this is the highest legal risk (see section below) and the highest malware risk. A "Wii Sports Resort NTSC-U" torrent might be legitimate, but it could also contain a virus disguised as a scrubbed.iso file.
