Open terminal/CMD and type:

Restart the "Print Spooler" service on your Windows PC if the jobs won't clear. Perform a Cold Reset/Power Cycle Turn the printer off. Disconnect the power cable and the network/USB cable. 46.23.ee Error

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet (avoid using a surge protector for this test) and reconnect it to the printer. Open terminal/CMD and type: Restart the "Print Spooler"
