Many users receive their initial software and subsequent major updates through local Zünd partners who provide on-site installation, configuration, and training for a fee.

If you are still stuck, contact Zünd technical support. Provide them your machine serial number (located on the left side of the gantry). They will verify your entitlement and send you a direct link to the correct for your specific hardware revision.

Zünd uses a USB hardware key (CodeMeter stick - usually green or gray). If you own a Zünd cutter, you received this dongle with your machine. The software will run only if this dongle is plugged into your computer.
