A: This is usually a loose CAN-Bus connection. Check the female plug going into the driver box. If that doesn't solve it, swap the driver box from the left side to the right side. If the problem moves, the driver box is bad.

A: Yes. The "2019 Classic" (Old body style) uses the same K2XX platform as the 2018. It will fit. Do not fit it to the 2019+ New Body Style.
