The plugin doesn't appear in Asana/Trello. Fix: Go to your browser's extension settings and ensure "Allow access to file URLs" and "Allow on all sites" are toggled ON.

The timer runs, but time doesn't appear in the Harvest web app. Fix: Check your internet connection. The Mini plugin caches entries locally. Once you reconnect, right-click the icon and select "Sync Now."
