Adobe moved to a cloud-based licensing model (Adobe Identity Manager) after 2019. The original AMTEmu does not work on Adobe CC 2020 or newer. If a file claims to work on Photoshop 2024, it is almost certainly malware disguised as AMTEmu. amtemu github
