Several beta testers noted that the Cross-Gym Scouting Network currently has limited adoption (only 40 of the 150 beta gyms opted in). Until more gyms join, the anonymized data pool is small. Cbox has responded by offering a 6-month free Elite upgrade to any gym that shares anonymized data for at least 10 active fighters.
