In the standard free version, ObjectDock was great for shortcuts but poor for monitoring background applications. The Plus version allowed the dock to host the Windows System Tray. This meant that volume controls, network status, and antivirus icons could live directly in the dock, allowing users to completely disable the Windows taskbar without losing functionality.

Never download a pre-cracked “full” version from any source other than Stardock’s official store (which no longer sells it for version 2.x).

Note: On Windows 11, version 2.01.743 may have graphical glitches (black boxes, taskbar overlay issues). This is another reason to use version 3.

Users can fully personalize dock size, transparency, font, and backgrounds. It also supports custom skins from the WinCustomize community. Performance and Compatibility
