Steps
Uninstall other Bluetooth stacks (e.g., Windows native, Toshiba, Widcomm). Run BlueSoleil_8.0.395.0.exe as Administrator. Accept license → choose “Complete” installation. Insert your Bluetooth dongle when prompted. Restart PC.
