Look for zipalign.exe . If you cannot find it, open Android Studio, go to > SDK Tools tab, and ensure "Android SDK Build-Tools" is checked and installed.

If you do not want to download the massive Android Studio IDE, you can download the "Command line tools only" package from the official Android developer website.

No official standalone download exists. However, once you download the SDK Command Line Tools and extract zipalign.exe , you can delete the rest of the SDK (not recommended, but possible). The file itself is only a few hundred kilobytes.
