In Colombiana , we follow Cataleya Restrepo. The story begins in Bogotá, Colombia, where a young Cataleya witnesses the brutal murder of her parents by a drug lord’s enforcers. She escapes to the United States, specifically Chicago, where she is raised by her uncle, Emilio. From a young age, she has one goal: to become a professional killer and systematically eliminate the people responsible for her family's destruction.
