Modern sophisticated attacks don't even need your password. If mvlogin.net asks you to "Sign in with Google" or "Connect with Facebook," it may be using an OAuth exploit to steal your session token. Granting permission gives the attacker ongoing access to your social media or email without ever needing your password.
