Both Oracle Workflow Builder 2.6 and 3.5 are that were never officially certified for Windows 10 64-bit by Oracle. However, Windows 10 64-bit includes WoW64 (Windows 32-bit on Windows 64-bit), which maintains backward compatibility for legacy Win32 applications.
