The ui.icloud.com domain is used for the activation UI flow. Other subdomains like guzzoni.apple.com (Siri) or p02-keyvalueservice.icloud.com (Key-Value sync) remain blocked. This is why the bypass only works for limited interaction. It had to be a lie
