If you cannot find the app, or your device says it is incompatible, check your OS version. The Princube app generally requires Android 5.0 or higher, and iOS 10.0 or later. If your phone is significantly outdated, you may need to update your operating system before downloading the app.
Once connected, you have two options to open the interface: princube app download
