Forza 4 utilized the Xbox 360's power to render 60 frames per second with high-fidelity car models and dynamic lighting. Porting this to the PSP would require a complete rewrite of the game engine, drastically downgrading the graphics to a level that might not even resemble the original product. While a scaled-down version was theoretically possible (as seen with Gran Turismo PSP ), the development cost for a competitor's platform was unjustifiable for Microsoft. Forza Motorsport 4 Iso Psp
