Technically, yes. Rosetta Stone V2 allowed 2 activations per license. If you deactivate the old computer first (via the software’s license manager), you can install on a new one. However, Rosetta Stone’s phone activation for V2 shut down in 2018, so you may need to contact support.
It is hit-or-miss. The original V2 used an older audio API. An “-UPD-” version from 2011 may work, but you will likely need to enable “Legacy Audio Mode” in Windows settings. For guaranteed speech recognition, use the modern app.
