WinTECH, the original developer, was acquired. Today, Schneider Electric offers a similar toolset. However, the standalone "ModScan64" is no longer actively promoted on their main site. Instead, they offer "Modbus Master Simulator" tools within their software suites. For legacy reasons, many engineers continue to use the classic ModScan64.
