Ulemek's involvement in organized crime and contract killings didn't cease with the end of the wars. He continued to operate, targeting individuals who threatened the stability of the Serbian nationalist movement or who were otherwise marked for death. His methods were brutal and efficient, often involving torture, intimidation, and execution.
