Renault Df Fault Code | List
The Renault DF fault code list is a standardized system used by Renault vehicles to identify and report faults or issues with the vehicle's engine, transmission, and other systems. The DF code list is used by Renault's onboard computer system, known as the Engine Control Unit (ECU), to monitor and diagnose problems. When a fault is detected, the ECU generates a unique code, known as a DF code, which is stored in the vehicle's memory.

When working with Renault DF fault codes, keep the following tips and precautions in mind: | DF Code | Description | Common Symptoms
If you own a modern Renault (Clio, Megane, Captur, Kadjar, Espace, or Zoe) or a vehicle from its alliance partners (Nissan/Dacia), you have likely encountered the cryptic "DF" code while using a diagnostic tool. Unlike generic OBD2 codes (P, C, B, or U codes), are manufacturer-specific. They provide a much deeper, more detailed insight into the electronic and mechanical issues affecting your vehicle.
