2021 Download: Hibr2bin.exe

is a command-line utility developed by Matthieu Suiche (founder of Comae Technologies and creator of the Windows memory analysis toolkit, MoonSols ). Its sole purpose is to convert a Windows hibernation file ( hiberfil.sys ) into a raw binary memory image ( .bin ). This raw image can then be loaded into memory forensics frameworks like Volatility , Rekall , or WinDbg .
